Pancakes and Parodies

Ok, so the Michael Scott-ish Pancake Luncheon turned into a Waffle Luncheon, but it was impressive just the same.

The beautiful waffle buffet included berries, whipped cream, sprinkles, powdered sugar and syrup. Unfortunately, the waffles were round, not square like the Michael Scott pancakes.

Song parodies of the day included, “Yakkity Yak”, “I Can’t Get No Satisfaction”, and the Michael Jackson classic, “Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough.”

By far the worst and most torturous song parody of all was performed by my office: “We Are The World.” The lyrics are below for your enjoyment.

Overall, I’d say it was a very successful AMLI Quarterly Awards Waffle Luncheon!
