We’re real Volunteers now!

Big news in the Wyatt household – well, actually, the news is the household. We bought a house! We’re real Tennesseans now. (And I kind of can’t believe that we so officially live in Tennessee.)

Our new home is in the heart of East Nashville. It’s a 3 bed, 1.5 bath ranch-style home built in 1950. It’s on a corner lot with a nice back yard and screened in porch (for the cats, obviously.) It’s sweet and has good bones – it also offers just enough cosmetic projects to keep us busy for awhile.

The woman who lived there before us was an artist and loved color. BRIGHT color. On the walls, in her art, even on the floors. Here’s a peek at what we’re working with.

Many fun projects – and before-and-afters – are sure to come! Stay tuned.

  1. Jillian! We are so happy for you two. I bet Batman and Turkey will love it. I am looking forward to seeing how you make this house your home. Love you to pieces xo Meg
